At GoEastFood, we take every precaution to ensure your frozen items are carefully packed and delivered in optimal condition. However, by placing an order for frozen goods, you agree to the following terms:

1. Delivery Responsibility
   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. We cannot accept liability for spoilageif the delivery is left unattended.
2. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
   Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or unclear delivery information may be delayed or undelivered. GoEastFood does not offer refunds or replacementsfor issues caused by incorrect address details.
3. Damaged Parcels
   If your frozen parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs and contact customer service on the same dayof delivery.
