Returns & Refunds Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our returns policy below:

• Frozen Products: Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or refunds on frozen items unless they arrive damaged during transit. If this occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.  

• Ambient Products: You may return ambient (non-frozen) items at your own cost within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original packaging and in sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if products are damaged or used.
